Moving Policy
This section provides information regarding moving policies and
procedures on the property of Brighton Marine Health Center
When your move-in/out date has been established, please contact the
Executive Office to confirm the date and time. An elevator must be
reserved in advance, to assure availability.
In order to facilitate your move, we request your cooperation by
adherence to the following:

All moving companies must furnish the Operations Manager with proper certificate of insurance at least 48 hours prior to move-in date.

The movers must protect all doorframes, including elevators. In addition, movers must protect all building flooring and carpeting to prevent stains, abrasion and buckling under heavy loads.

The Tenant must call the Operations Manager prior to move-in/out to get parking instructions for the moving company. No parking is permitted in front of the building.

Placing boxes or furniture in the common area lobbies and corridors is strictly prohibited.

Movers must dispose of trash in their own receptacles off-site.

Moves are only permitted during off-hours (6:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.).

Larger moves will require an additional Security Officer or Maintenance Employee on duty, resulting in a charge of $42.50 per hour.

A representative of the Tenant must be on-site to monitor the move. Contact information for this person must be provided to the Operations Manager at least 48 hours in advance.
Please Note:
This move-in/out policy also pertains to delivery of furniture,
equipment moves, office to office moves and all other large objects.
