Parking Lot Access and Policies

This section provides information regarding Parking Access on Brighton Marine Health Center property.

Patients, regular business hours:
During regular business hours, Patients may park in areas designated Patient Parking or Visitors Parking.

Visitors, regular business hours:
During regular business hours, visitors may park in designated Visitor Parking Areas.  Visitors are defined as those who are conducting infrequent related business on site. Visitors who work directly for a Tenant’s Organization are considered a Tenant and should therefore follow the parking policies and procedures of the Tenant.

Visitors, off-hours access:
Access to the parking lot during off-hours must be approved through the Security Department prior to arrival.  Tenants are asked to notify the Operations Manager for visitor access at least 24 hours in advance.

Tenants, regular and off-hours access:
Parking assignments are defined in Tenant Leases.  Those who pay for parking will be given a parking hang tag permit for your car.  Hang tags must be clear and visible at all times while on the property.  Any car that does not have a proper parking hang tag permit is subject to a ticket and/or tow at the owner’s expense.

All Tenants, employees, patients, and visitors must abide by the posted speed limits. Violation of speed limits may result in a Brighton Marine issued ticket. Anyone parked in a Handicap parking space without a valid Handicap permit will be towed. Any person(s) in frequent violation of these policies may result in revocation of parking privileges on the property.

Only individuals with an appointment or business on the Brighton Marine campus may park in our parking areas.

Parking for conferences and/or large meetings are subject to regulations listed in the Conference Room section of this manual.
