This section provides information regarding rental remittance.

All rent checks should be made payable to Brighton Marine, Inc. and mailed or delivered to 77 Warren Street Executive Office Floor 7, Brighton MA  02135.  Rent checks are due on the first day of each month.  Rent not paid within 10 days of the due date is subject to interest at a rate of 18% per annum.
